Unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation, the following policy applies to all work done by Zimm's Realm, Zimm's Creations, or Zimm's Designs.

All Custom Products Are Sold As Is.

All our items are custom created and constructed.

All items online are pre-built and sold as-is. Any customization to those products, customizations through our etsy store, customization through our ebay store, customized orders through our webstore, are made following an order agreement from the client (that's you) and us (that's Zimm's Creations). We strive to do adjustements while we build your item but nothing is guaranteed when work begins. Please ensure you have let us know any and all ideas and desires you have for your items we are creating for you.

Once the item is shipped, we offer no returns or exchanges. We take pictures of the product throughout the development to keep you informed of the progress and make adjustements if able and necessary. A final picture will be sent VIA email to confirm prior to shipping. Any and all questions should be asked before you receive tracking.
