Unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation, the following policy applies to all work done by Zimm's Realm, Zimm's Creations, or Zimm's Designs.
All items are hand made and shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Oversized items (anything larger than a large flat rate box) may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Any issues or concerns with shipping will be dealt before the order confirmation is finalized.
